Zeolite compounds are manufactured in a spray dryer from Zeolite 4A and other components, which result in a higher bulk density (500 – 600 g/l) and a larger grain size (350-400 µm). Therefore, Zeolite compounds have improved flow characteristics when compared to normal Zeolite, and a higher grain stability which in turn allows a better stability of the dry mixture process during the manufacture of detergents. The detailed characteristics of each Zeolite compound can be seen from the table below:

Heavy Zeolite Compounds (HC)
The highest density weight and grain size can be achieved with agglomerated technology and drying in the fluid bed dryer. This group of products is named Heavy Compounds, and their characteristics are given in the Table HC. They are mostly used for the manufacture of detergents.
